2. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions apply to all visits to Restaurant Jack’s B.V., as well as to all agreements and transactions taking place within the restaurant, including payments, gift cards, and reservations.

By taking a seat in the restaurant, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Table Policy and Payment

•One table = one bill

To ensure clear and efficient service, we maintain one shared bill per table.

•Payment methods

Payment must be made directly after your visit. Payment on account or afterwards is not possible.

Both card and cash payments are accepted.

•Fixed price per person

Restaurant Jack’s applies a fixed price per person for the All You Can BBQ concept (excluding drinks and desserts).

This rate applies to all guests, regardless of dietary preferences, allergies, or medical conditions (such as gastric reduction surgery).

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Restaurant Jack’s B.V. are:

•Valid for one year from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

•Redeemable only once.

•Not exchangeable for cash.

•Only valid at Restaurant Jack’s.

Loss or theft of a gift card is at the holder’s own risk. Restaurant Jack’s B.V. cannot be held liable for unauthorized use of a gift card.

5. Raw Food & Waste Policy

We work exclusively with fresh products.

If raw food (such as meat or fish) is left unprepared and wasted, an additional fee may be charged.

This policy supports food safety and helps reduce unnecessary waste.

6. Reservations & Time Limits

•Family Hour Special:

Reservations on Saturdays or Sundays between 16:00 and 17:00 receive a complimentary dessert.

•Time limits:

•For reservations on Saturdays and Sundays before 19:00, a maximum dining time of 2.5 hours applies.

•Reservations on Saturdays and Sundays after 19:00 have no time limit.

•Kitchen closing time (Monday to Sunday): 22:00.

7. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes or vapes are not permitted inside the restaurant, in accordance with the Dutch Tobacco and Smoking Products Act (effective 1 July 2020).

Guests may take a smoke or vape break outside on the terrace.

8. Respect & Conduct

We do everything we can to ensure each guest enjoys a pleasant experience.

We ask all guests to treat our team and other guests with respect.

In cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, Restaurant Jack’s B.V. reserves the right to refuse or remove guests without any refund.

9. Christmas Reservations

For reservations on 24, 25, and 26 December:

•Reservations can only be made by email.

•A minimum of four persons per reservation is required.

Cancellations:

•Free cancellation is possible until 10 December.

•For cancellations after 10 December, a fee of €20 per reserved person will be charged.

10. Liability

Restaurant Jack’s B.V. is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

Damage caused to restaurant property by guests will be charged accordingly.

Use of our facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

11. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (such as fire, power outages, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances), Restaurant Jack’s B.V. cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from partial or complete non-fulfilment of obligations.

12. Governing Law

These terms and all related agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
