These general terms and conditions apply to all visits to Restaurant Jack\u2019s B.V., as well as to all agreements and transactions taking place within the restaurant, including payments, gift cards, and reservations.<\/p>\n
By taking a seat in the restaurant, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms.<\/p>\n
\u2022One table = one bill<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
To ensure clear and efficient service, we maintain one shared bill per table.<\/p>\n
\u2022Payment methods<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Payment must be made directly after your visit. Payment on account or afterwards is not possible.<\/p>\n
Both card and cash payments<\/b> are accepted.<\/p>\n
\u2022Fixed price per person<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Restaurant Jack\u2019s applies a fixed price per person for the All You Can BBQ concept (excluding drinks and desserts).<\/p>\n
This rate applies to all guests, regardless of dietary preferences, allergies, or medical conditions (such as gastric reduction surgery).<\/p>\n
Gift cards issued by Restaurant Jack\u2019s B.V. are:<\/p>\n
\u2022Valid for one year from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n
\u2022Redeemable only once.<\/p>\n
\u2022Not exchangeable for cash.<\/p>\n
\u2022Only valid at Restaurant Jack\u2019s.<\/p>\n
Loss or theft of a gift card is at the holder\u2019s own risk. Restaurant Jack\u2019s B.V. cannot be held liable for unauthorized use of a gift card.<\/p>\n
We work exclusively with fresh products.<\/p>\n
If raw food (such as meat or fish) is left unprepared and wasted, an additional fee may be charged.<\/p>\n
This policy supports food safety and helps reduce unnecessary waste.<\/p>\n
\u2022Family Hour Special:<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Reservations on Saturdays or Sundays between 16:00 and 17:00 receive a complimentary dessert.<\/p>\n
\u2022Time limits:<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022For reservations on Saturdays and Sundays before 19:00<\/b>, a maximum dining time of 2.5 hours<\/b> applies.<\/p>\n
\u2022Reservations on Saturdays and Sundays after 19:00<\/b> have no time limit<\/b>.<\/p>\n
\u2022Kitchen closing time (Monday to Sunday):<\/b> 22:00.<\/p>\n7. Smoking & Vaping\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes or vapes are not permitted inside the restaurant, in accordance with the Dutch Tobacco and Smoking Products Act (effective 1 July 2020).<\/p>\n
Guests may take a smoke or vape break outside on the terrace.<\/p>\n
We do everything we can to ensure each guest enjoys a pleasant experience.<\/p>\n
We ask all guests to treat our team and other guests with respect.<\/p>\n
In cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, Restaurant Jack\u2019s B.V. reserves the right to refuse or remove guests without any refund.<\/p>\n
For reservations on 24, 25, and 26 December:<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Reservations can only be made by email<\/b>.<\/p>\n
\u2022A minimum of four persons<\/b> per reservation is required.<\/p>\n
Cancellations:<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Free cancellation is possible until 10 December<\/b>.<\/p>\n
\u2022For cancellations after 10 December<\/b>, a fee of \u20ac20 per reserved person<\/b> will be charged.<\/p>\n10. Liability\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n
Restaurant Jack\u2019s B.V. is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of guests\u2019 personal belongings.<\/p>\n
Damage caused to restaurant property by guests will be charged accordingly.<\/p>\n
Use of our facilities is at the guest\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n
In cases of force majeure (such as fire, power outages, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances), Restaurant Jack\u2019s B.V. cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from partial or complete non-fulfilment of obligations.<\/p>\n
These terms and all related agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law<\/b>.<\/p>\n
